Every piece from Rama's Beaded World is handmade and one-of-a-kind. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your name, order details, and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
- We recommend a tracked shipping method — we can't refund an item that doesn't reach us.
- Please pack beaded jewelry carefully to protect the strands and fringe in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method via Square within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you — including return postage and a full refund or replacement.
Made-to-Order & Final Notes
Because each piece is unique and never recreated, an identical replacement may not be available. In that case we'll offer a refund or help you choose another piece. Sale or clearance items, if marked "final sale," are not eligible for return.
